Life's Journeys

About Us
Morning Glory is a prayer conference call for people of all ages. The primary goal of this conference is for individuals to be encouraged in their personal journey with God. Olivia King beautifully defined the essence of this ministry in the following words: “Morning Glory is a beacon in the night reflecting God’s Spirit– holy and bright before the dawn’s early light, through prayer, praise, testimony and song, as His children connect by way of phone, worshipping before God’s throne, bringing people of the world wide community together in unity, to uplift, encourage, and enrich, as our spiritual growth heightens.”
Morning Glory is a Beacon in the night
An intentionally, conspicuous device, designed to attract attention to a specific location. As a beacon emits light, so prayer sends forth petitions like rays of light that reach Heaven's portals -- even into Jesus presence. In answer to prayer, spiritual light, life and strength are given.
The Blessing of His Presence
"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them" (Matthew 18:20, KJV). We believe that God's presence is with us as we pray together. Prayer also enables us to live victorious lives.
PRAYER MOVES MOUNTAINS
Prayer is the answer to every problem in life. It puts us in tune with divine wisdom which knows how to adjust everything perfectly. So often we do not pray in certain situations, because from our standpoint the outlook is hopeless. But, nothing is impossible with God. Nothing is so entangled that it cannot be remedied; no human relationship is too strained for God to bring about reconciliation and understanding; no habit so deep rooted that it cannot be overcome; no one is so weak that he cannot be strong; no one is so ill that he cannot be healed. No mind is so dull it cannot be made brilliant. Whatever we need, if we trust God, He will supply it. If anything is causing worry or anxiety, let us stop rehearsing the difficulty and trust God for healing, love, and power.”
